they mention that kids are welcome and the room we book can...
they mention that kids are welcome and the room we book can accomodate 8 to 10 person. But when we will there, they charge me another extra tw$3000 (3 night stay) for my 6 yrs old kid without extra bed.

Good location but too noisy at night time until dawn
The room was accommodated for 6, so it's comfortable for 4 of us & clean. It's only 10 minutes to walk to central of Ximen.
The address of the unit/apartmen is not the same as per stated on booking.com website, so It's a bit doggy to be leaded to other few blocks away...The stairs to the room were unclean & smelly, but lucky that the lift is working, so we used the lift all the time...The rooms are connected together, so you can hear the conversation next door & the noise during the night until dawn on the street....so it's disappointed with the high room cost that we paid per night.

Great location convenient to the subway, many restaurants, and the Red House bar and shops area. Clean. Overall very good value.
Room was tiny (but this is expected at this price point in an expensive area like Ximen); very little noise insulation (I could hear everything that happened in the hallway and the bathroom, which my room was directly next to. ); the bed was a bit hard.
